the check-in was smooth. the location was convenient.

I found the room service lacking. i ordered a snack one evening. it took over an hour to arrive. the food was cold. The fries were soggy. also, the minibar prices were outrageous. A small bottle of water cost almost 10 euro. Ridiculous. i ended up walking to a nearby store for essentials

The room service was not great. The extra delivery charge was unexpected. The food I received was not freshly prepared. The tomato soup tasted stale. It seems odd that a hotel promotes 24-hour service but then serves leftovers.

the room was very spacious and clean! the bathroom is really good. wifi worked without problems. breakfast on the top floor was a real treat with fine views.

I thought the lighting controls in the room were a bit confusing. It took some time to figure them out.

My premium king room featured first-rate fixtures, a spacious layout, and also had excellent fittings. The automatic toilet flushing sometimes needed a second try. soundproofing seemed effective as i experienced minimal noise from outside or other rooms.
